Groupped is a collaboration and coordination platform. Users may create or join opportunity pools for collective purchasing, shared projects, business coordination, equipment purchases, inventory pooling, ecommerce coordination, or similar lawful collaboration.

2. No investment advice

Groupped does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or guarantees of outcome. Users must assess each opportunity independently before participating.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Opportunities may change, fail, close, be cancelled, or not proceed. Users must not promise guaranteed returns, passive income, fixed profit, or guaranteed business results.

4. User responsibility

Users are responsible for their own communication, decisions, commitments, contributions, due diligence, tax obligations, and legal compliance.

5. Verification

Verification badges reflect a check completed at a specific time. Verification does not guarantee future funds, successful collaboration, user performance, identity accuracy, or outcome. Exact balances are not publicly displayed.

6. Forbidden products and services

Users must not create opportunities involving prohibited, restricted, unsafe, illegal, or heavily regulated goods or services, including:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, knives, explosives, or tactical equipment.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, cannabis, THC, CBD, narcotics, or drug paraphernalia.
• Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vapes, or age-restricted substances.
• Prescription medicines, restricted medicines, unsafe supplements, or medical treatments.
• Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, replicas, fake designer products, or IP-infringing items.
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, raffles, casino activity, or prize schemes.
• Adult sexual products, explicit adult content, or sexual services.
• Hazardous chemicals, poisons, pesticides, toxins, radioactive materials, or dangerous substances.
• Animals, wildlife, endangered species, or regulated animal products.
• Human body parts, organs, blood, biological materials, or related services.
• Surveillance tools, spyware, hacking tools, stolen credentials, or cyber abuse services.
• Extremist, terrorist, hateful, violent, or discriminatory goods or content.
• Financial schemes, pyramid schemes, MLM-style recruitment, get-rich-quick offers, or deceptive income claims.
• Any product, service, or opportunity that breaks applicable law or platform policy.

7. Moderation

Groupped may remove opportunities, restrict accounts, suspend users, review reports, or block activity that appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or against platform rules.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groupped, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and operators are not liable for losses, disputes, failed opportunities, user conduct, financial loss, business interruption, lost profits, reliance on user-generated content, or outcomes arising from collaborations arranged through the platform.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Groupped, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your opportunities, your communications, your contributions, your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or disputes with other users.

User disputes

Groupped may provide tools for communication, reporting, moderation, and trust signals, but users are responsible for resolving their own collaboration arrangements and disputes unless otherwise required by law.
