Is Groupped an investment platform?
No. Groupped is not an investment platform, crowdfunding platform, securities platform, or financial advisory service. It helps people coordinate opportunities and collaborate. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
What is an opportunity pool?
An opportunity pool is a listing created by a member who wants others to collaborate around a clear purpose, such as buying stock together, starting a small project, sharing equipment costs, or coordinating a business activity.
Can anyone create an opportunity?
Yes, eligible users can create opportunities. Depending on platform settings, opportunities may be manually reviewed before they become public.
How do join requests work?
When you find an opportunity, you can request to join and send a message to the creator. The creator can approve, reject, or waitlist requests.
What does verification mean?
Verification shows that a recent check was completed. It may include payment status, supported financial checks, identity checks, or platform-reviewed trust signals. Verification does not guarantee future funds or successful collaboration.
Can unverified users still use Groupped?
Yes. Unverified users can still browse, create, request to join, message, and build reputation. Verified users may receive stronger trust signals and may be more likely to be approved by creators.
Why should I verify my account?
Verification can improve trust, make your profile look stronger, help creators review your requests, and give other contributors more confidence when collaborating with you.
How does sharing help?
Sharing helps creators bring in trusted contributors faster. Useful sharing can also improve invite activity and connector reputation, without turning the platform into a cash-referral or MLM system.
What are connector badges?
Connector badges are reputation signals for users who help opportunities reach useful contributors. Examples include Active inviter, Trusted connector, and Power connector.
Can I message other users?
Yes. Approved opportunity participants can use private messages and opportunity discussions to coordinate details.
Are profits guaranteed?
No. Users must not promise guaranteed profits, passive income, fixed returns, or guaranteed outcomes. Groupped is for coordination and collaboration only.
What products or services are not allowed?
Prohibited areas include weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult services, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, hazardous materials, extremist content, financial schemes, and anything unlawful or unsafe.
How do I report a concern?
Use the report option on opportunities, profiles, or messages. Reports may be reviewed by platform admins for safety and moderation.
