Terms of Service

1. Service overview

Groupped enables private local groups to coordinate threshold-based orders from approved suppliers. Orders are generally created for a single product, under a single supplier, with one pickup point.

2. Order mechanics

Members may join an order, select quantity, and pay in-app. An order is confirmed only if the minimum target quantity is reached before the deadline. If the threshold is not met, the platform may initiate refunds in line with its operational and payment partner processes.

3. Supplier fulfilment

Suppliers are responsible for product quality, legality, accuracy, and fulfilment. Groupped does not guarantee supplier performance, stock availability, suitability of goods, or completion of any pickup arrangement unless explicitly stated.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refund timing may depend on payment processor rules, card networks, banking systems, and operational review. Platform or processor fees may still arise even when a refund is issued.

Groupped does not guarantee instant refund settlement and is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or third-party systems.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groupped and its affiliates, officers, owners, directors, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for commercial losses, missed savings, supplier default, buyer misconduct, chargebacks, fulfilment disputes, incorrect listings, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Some liability exclusions may be limited where consumer protection rules apply.

• Alcohol, beer, whiskey, gin
• Engraving, prints, lithograph
• Financial instruments
• Sexual and escort services
• Matrimonial and dating services
• Gambling, lottery, and sweepstakes
